Billing
Refund & Cancellation
Last updated August 4, 2026
1. The short version
- The free plan never charges you, and needs no card.
- There is no trial to forget to cancel: the free plan is the trial, and it never charges you.
- Cancel any time from Settings. There is no phone call and no retention flow.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Charged by mistake, or something was genuinely broken? Email support@revtive.com within 14 days and we will refund it.
2. Trying it before you pay
There is no timed trial, because there is nothing to forget to cancel. The free plan runs the real agents on your real workspace and shows you a capped slice of what they find, for as long as you like, without a card. A paid plan bills from the day you start it. One free workspace per business; opening additional accounts to collect another free allowance is a breach of the Terms.
3. Cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Billing inside the app, or by emailing support@revtive.com from the address on the account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Until then everything keeps working: agents keep running and your data stays where it is. After the period ends the workspace drops to the free plan’s limits rather than disappearing, so export anything you need at your own pace. Account deletion, and the 30-day data removal that follows it, is a separate action described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, with these exceptions:
- Accidental or duplicate charge: refunded in full, no questions asked.
- Forgot to cancel: if you were charged for a renewal and had not used the service in that billing period, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it.
- The service was materially broken: if a core feature you paid for did not work for a sustained period and support could not fix it, we refund that period pro rata.
- Annual plans: cancel within 30 days of purchase or renewal for a full refund. After 30 days, the remaining full months are refunded pro rata on request.
- Statutory rights: where local consumer law grants you a stronger right of withdrawal, that law wins over this policy.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We do not refund a plan on the basis of the results your outreach did or did not produce, since that depends on your market and what you chose to send.
5. Upgrades, downgrades and plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for. If a downgrade puts you over a plan limit (workspaces, for example), nothing is deleted: the extra items become read-only until you are back within the limit or upgrade again.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@revtive.com from the address on the account with the invoice number or the charge date and a line on what went wrong. We answer within 1 business day and approved refunds are issued the same day we approve them.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback suspends the account while the dispute is open and costs both of us fees for something we would almost certainly have refunded on request. If a chargeback is raised on a charge we have already refunded, we may decline future service.
8. Failed payments
If a payment fails we retry over the following days and email you. After 14 days of non-payment the account may be suspended, and your data is retained for a further 30 days so you can settle up or export it before anything is removed.
